I design trips across multiple regions, with a deep focus on cultural immersion experiences. Destinations I regularly plan include:

Custom Group Planning ($349): I design a fully personalized itinerary for your group - coordinating preferences, pacing, accommodations, and experiences so everyone feels considered and no one person carries the planning burden.

Small Group Trips: Join one of my hosted group journeys where the itinerary, logistics, and cultural experiences are already curated. You just show up and enjoy the journey with like-minded women.

It depends on the complexity of your trip, but here's what you can generally expect:

• Mini Escape Itinerary ($149): 3-5 days

• Signature Itinerary ($249): 7-10 days

• Group Celebration Planning ($349): 10-14 days

• Full Concierge Planning ($499): 14-21 days with ongoing communication throughout.

Every itinerary goes through a thoughtful design process and not a template drop. I take time to understand your travel style, research your destination deeply, and build something that actually fits you.

For the Full Concierge Planning ($499) package, yes - I handle the planning coordination end-to-end, including accommodations recommendations with direct booking support and experience reservations where applicable.

For the Mini Escape ($149), Signature ($249), and Group Celebration ($349) itineraries, I design your complete trip plan with specific recommendations, vetted options, and clear next steps - and you handle the actual bookings yourself using my guidance.

This approach keeps your costs lower while still giving you a fully designed, intentional itinerary. You're never left guessing what to book or why.

Yes - and I'd rather you speak up than settle.

Every itinerary includes a revision round so we can refine the plan based on your feedback. Travel is personal and sometimes seeing it laid out reveals something you want to shift - a slower pace here, a different experience there. That's completely normal and part of the process.

What I ask is that revision requests come within 7 days of receiving your itinerary and stay within the scope of your original trip details. Major destinations changes or significant scope expansions may require an updated investment.

The goal is that you feel genuinely excited and confident about your trip before we finalize anything.

Step 2 - Schedule a $99 consultation. In this 60-minute call, we'll start with a discussion to understand your vision before any planning begins for all service tiers. The $99 investment will be credited to your selected service tier booking.

Step 3: Receive your custom itinerary. I get to work designing your trip with intention. You'll receive a thoughtfully built plan with everything you need to travel with clarity and confidence.
